Primary Responsibilities / Duties

• Work with the team to maintain and win business
• Support distributors and installers with:
  • Product Technical Support
  • Sales Support
  • Training Support
• Share feedback with applicable departments in a timely manner
• Utilize and maintain Salesforce CRM
• Visit local distributors and installers to create, build and maintain relationships

Experience / Skill Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment transparently and systematically
• Communicate effectively
• Knowledge of sales principles and applied sales techniques.
• Ability to network; build and maintain relationships
• Effectively work from a remote office while being a part of a team
• Virtual and in-person presentation and speaking skills
• Ability to think critically and challenge the norm to drive improvements
• Must be able to work through issues and objections
• Be curious and ask questions
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as Salesforce.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience

Travel Requirements

• Majority of travel is via car, approx. 20%
