Summary: MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING SALES EXPERIENCE

Sales opportunities by prospecting, following up on leads, performing cold calls, qualifying opportunities, and solving our clients’ problems. In order to be successful in this role, a sales associate will need to develop an understanding of our sales process and products, and also demonstrate superb interpersonal skills, with leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Build long-lasting relationships with external customers for a better customer experience.
• Partner with Outside Sales executives for strategic opportunities.
• Acquire new customers and generate Sales Qualified Leads.
• Develop collaborative sales strategies to meet your individual sales target and close opportunities.
• Provide support for customers and solutions that solve our customers’ needs and struggles.
• Provide an overview and demonstrations of the value of products and services to customers.
• Experience working with Salesforce or CRM system.
• Fantastic follow-up skills, ability to ensure tasks are completed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day with a professional and friendly phone manner.

Required:

• Four-year college/university or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of sales or business development experience with proven results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
