Established in 1990, Sonoma Promo is an award-winning promotional products supplier. We design, manufacture, and deliver custom promotional products to national brands offering full-service art design, production, and importing.

To keep up with our increasing sales, we are adding a dynamic Account Executive/Inside Sales position to our team to manage existing customer account projects and on-board new clients.

RESPONSIBILITES

Sales-

• Manage multiple quote requests in an expedited timeline.
• Continually follow up on quotes to get purchase order.
• Gaining product knowledge
• Administer post-sales follow-up assuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Contact current and prospective customers to make sure you are top of mind for new projects.
• Achieve quarterly sales quotas.

Project Management –

• Must manage each project through through multiple stages of development.
• Determine and qualify project scope, objectives, and customer needs.
• Strong organization skills are a must.

Customer Service –

• Ensure the product that is being produced is the product the customer expects on or before the expected timeline.
• Anticipate the client’s needs and desires.
• Under-promising and Over-delivering is critical to this position.

Skills and Qualifications:

2 years Sales experience in an Inside Sales role

2 years Microsoft Office Suite required.

Strong work ethic and follow up skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills needed
CRM experience a plus

Base Salary + Commission (Compensation and commission commensurate with experience).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
