As a Corporate Account Manager you are a leader in our sales organization. In this role, you are expected to prospect and deliver the acquisition of new Corporate Account customers. This role is responsible for the overall Customer Relationship Management of new and existing Corporate Accounts, including managing and growing current and incremental sales and profit. Corporate Account Managers work cross-functionally to exceed customer expectations while delivering profitable growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build a business development pipeline by engaging with key prospects and current customers to ensure revenue growth
  • Maximize expansion potential at current accounts and prospects
  • Formalize strategic account planning and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) setting
  • In-directly lead field Sellers, to achieve desired sales at each customer location against a strategic growth plan
  • Negotiate with customers and vendors to establish and maintain favorable contract terms and conditions
  • Lead direct customer communication, including but not limited to, business reviews, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Oversee overall implementation activities of new customer agreements
  • Collaborate with the field sales organization to ensure KPIs outlined in the contract are met at each Corporate Account location
  • Own the customer relationship at the corporate level and understand all requirements (including but not limited to technical and delivery)
  • Evaluate, analyze and implement profitable engagements or profit improvement plans
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Skills, Experience and Education Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience in the packaging industry
  • Proven selling experience, including prospecting/value creation
  • Negotiation skills
  • Growth Mindset
  • In-direct leadership and strategic account planning
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen & analysis
  • Technical strengths in: SalesForce.com and MS Office products
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (+/-)
