Douglas Industries is a 3rd generation, family owned and operated business located in Eldridge, Iowa.

Founded in 1967, the company started out manufacturing industrial fabrics and have since evolved into a full service sports equipment manufacturer.

Our company is rapidly growing and we are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, problem solver to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones in a professional manner
• Quickly respond to customer requests
• Order/Quote processing
• Relationship building/ account growth
• Project consultation/product recommendations
• Basic math skills; Square Footage, Pythagorean Theorem, etc.
• Must be able to stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Desire to learn new skills and be productive with minimal supervision
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Positive attitude
• Advancement opportunities to grow into Sales/Inside Sales
• NO COLD CALLS!

Requirements:

• Full-Time Position
• M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience required.
