Sales Manager - Dental Sales

CAO Group, Inc. (CAO), located West Jordan, UT is a leading manufacturer in dental, medical, forensic, and lighting products ([please apply online] CAO is looking for a channel sale manager for its dental business unit. Job responsibilities, not limited to, are as follows:

• Managing sales through dealers in US and working with dealer's category managers to setup products and product promotion plans
• Interact with dealer's local reps, branch managers, and zone managers to train and promote the products
• Working with internal marketing and sales team to setup plans to drive sales through dealer's network
• Managing existing distributors in international markets and developing more distributors in international markets
• Weekly data collection and analysis for improving sales efficiency
• Work with marketing and operational teams to setup monthly, quarterly, and annual budget
• Work diligently to achieve monthly, quarter, and annual sales goals

The requirements, not limited to, are as follows:

• Experiences in developing and managing sales channels in dentistry or similar fields
• Experience in working with large distributors and their sales reps.
• Knowledge in understanding how the manufacturer's reps and distributor's rep work together
• Goal oriented and result driven
• Job is located at West Jordan, UT
• BS/BA degree required and MBA degree preferred
