Brand Representation:

• Serve as the authentic face and voice of the brand, consistently embodying its values and mission.
• Maintain a professional and positive image, reflecting the brand's identity in all interactions.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the brand's history, values, and unique selling points to enhance credibility and build trust.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide relevant and accurate information.
• Effectively communicate product details, showcasing their value and suitability to meet customer needs.

Customer Engagement:

• Proactively engage customers to create a personalized and welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers in product selection, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, and concerns, and providing solutions.

Sales Generation:

• Actively promote and sell products/services, striving to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Utilize persuasive sales techniques to influence customer decisions and identify upselling opportunities.
• Continuously seek new sales opportunities, leveraging product knowledge and customer engagement skills to drive conversions.

Relationship Building:

• Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Provide personalized assistance, actively listening to customer needs and preferences.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.

Store Operations:

• Support daily store operations, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment.
• Contribute to visual merchandising standards, ensuring attractive product displays and signage.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize store efficiency and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Events and Promotions:

• Participate in brand events and promotions to increase brand awareness and engage customers.
• Engage with event attendees, sharing product information and generating enthusiasm for the brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute successful events, maximizing customer engagement.

Market Research:

• Gather valuable customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
• Provide input to improve products, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging this knowledge to identify market opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $650.00 - $1,200.00 per week
