Position Title: Sales Manager - Producing

Business Unit: WM - FNIS

Reports to: Director of Sales and Service - Brokerage Group

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for all functions of the First National Investment Services (FNIS) investment sales within the assigned market. The incumbent manages and monitors Financial Consultants and licensed platform personnel to maximize sales production and to review trades for suitability. The incumbent maintains a book of business and produces revenue consistent with FNIS standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

Leads team of Financial Advisors in assigned region, monitors activity, shares best practices and drives revenue and collaboration with internal business partners.

Develops external sources of business referrals, develops and implements sales referral campaigns and contests and fosters an environment of integrated and coordinated service delivery.

Provides expert, professional guidance and advice in developing broad company investment sales and training policies.

Directs policy implementation to the advancement of the sales culture within the corporation.

Maintains and expands personal book of business through customer contact and networking activities and measured based on established production standards.

Leads referral training and other referral-related activities including the preparation of sales and referral goals and market areas and functions.

Monitors, tracks and reports sales results and sales professionals’ activities.

Facilitates cross referrals from Wealth Management to the banking affiliates by Wealth Management sales professionals.

Participates in joint calls and sales meeting with sales professionals to gauge effectiveness and to solicit feedback from internal referral sources.

Serves as the Wealth Management representative for sales within the corporation and within an assigned market.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
