The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing direct support to existing and prospective DoALL customers in all four aspects of DoALL (service, blades, fluids, and parts) to ensure that the department meets its growth targets.
This position is an annual base salary & commission role with an average earning potential of approx. $65,000-$75,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Makes outbound calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell all DoALL products including services.
- Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
- Builds and maintains customer relationships.
- Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering, and reports.
- Conduct Customer follow up in coordination with Service team as appropriate.
- Develop quotations in cooperation with the Factory Regional Managers based on identified sales strategy and information collected from customer or partners as assigned.
- Conduct ongoing customer needs, analysis, and research of customer requirements.
- Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
- Conduct regular customer review calls as per customer review procedure and follow up as necessary.
- Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including quotes, bookings, and renewals.
- Assist in completing sales projects including proposals and marketing.
- Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, aged leads, dealer resellers, business directories, Internet, and other sources.
- Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
- Provides product demos (virtual and in person) to qualified customers on request.
- Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
- Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
- Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into database.
- Works with sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
- Investigates and helps resolves customer problems as needed.
- Travels to and attends trade shows.
- Provides recommendations regarding the improvement of customer sales and retention.
Behaviors, Experience, and Skills Required/Desired
- One Year Sales Experience or some level of customer service experience
- BS/BA in Marketing or Business Administration
- Ability to represent CMI in a positive and professional manner
- Highly Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including follow-up skills.
- Highly organized

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
