Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities via high-volume cold calling, email outreach, social networking, etc. utilizing the tools provided
• Effectively run a sales cycle from the qualification meeting to close
• Grow and develop existing business relationships through unparalleled dedication and customer service
• Provide effective solutions for customers over the phone or during on-site visits
• Collaborate with operations and CRM departments to service customer needs
• Analyze market trends to maximize profitability

Required Skills and Experience:

• Motivated, hungry sales professional with a hunter mentality
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written), problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Proficient in building and delivering dynamic presentations

• Team player who is results driven and able to work under minimum supervision
• Able to set and meet goals
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Able to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Associate degree
• 2 years of applicable experience

Training and Beyond:

• Initial 4 weeks of on-site training
• Upon completion of the training program, the position is hybrid (office and field work)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,500.00 - $150,000.00 per year
