  • Your job is purely to have conversations, identify needs, and help connect people with our team of Realtors. The Realtor and our other support staff will does all the work to close the deal so that you can focus on growing your pipeline
  • Our goal is to help you focus as much as possible on building your pipeline and closing sales. In order to do that, we have built a support system including:
  • Establish and achieve performance goals
  • Attend daily huddle meetings and trainings
  • Track all communication attempts and provide detailed daily reports about call activity

  Requirements

  • Must have a real estate license (we pay all your dues and fees)
  • Excellent computer and phone skills
  • Willingness to undergo a rigorous training program, daily huddles, script training, direct mentorship
  • Comfortable learning new technology
  • Eager to receive direct criticism to improve job performance
  • 50 wpm typing speed

  Beneficial Experience

  • Experience is beneficial, but not required. We train from the ground up. Your values and matter most
  • A proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Heavy call time experience is a big plus
  • Real estate experience is a plus

  Compensation

  • Starting base salary $2,000/mo + uncapped commission (At plan $50,000)
  • Benefits package offered after initial 90 day probationary period
  • Optional advancement opportunities

  Hours & Location

  • 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
  • Off most major holidays
  • Both work-from-home and in-office options available
