The Sales Manager is responsible for customer retention and profitability in the new and pre-owned vehicle departments. The Sales Manager fulfills responsibilities primarily through effective personnel management, knowledge of market potential, and establishing performance standards. The Sales Manager will promote and drive results while creating a positive working environment. In addition, procuring preowned vehicles for the lot.

Job Responsibilities:

- Have the ability to close deals by assisting sales people when needed

- Responsible for managing a sales team to drive traffic through appointments

- Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings as well as daily training

- Provide dealer with accurate floor traffic control data on a daily basis

Requirements:

- 3+ recent years in an Automotive Dealership with increasing responsibility in high volume brands

- Previous Sales Management in a dealership; F&I Manager and/or Used Car Sales Management experience is a plus!

- High energy and positive work ethic

- Must be able to lead by example

- Clean driving record

Additional Compensation:

• Commission
• Bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
