We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is excited to grow our inside sales department. Inside sales handles sales inquiries/leads and generates relationships and selling opportunities through calling efforts, from new and existing relationships within North America for areas not assigned to outside sales staff.
What We Offer:
Salary: Targeted earnings $95,000 - $125,000 per year, split roughly between 80% base pay and 20% commission which isn’t capped.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Travel will be necessary from time to time, estimated at approximately 20% of time.
What You’ll Be Doing…
· Identify and establish a personal rapport with past, current, and future customers to understand their business needs.
· Record and maintain customer account and contact information in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system: HubSpot, or as company dictates.
· Qualify customers and sales opportunities.
· Develop, qualify, manage, and report all sales opportunities.
· Draft, edit and submit new equipment proposals to our customers.
· Purchase order processing, including securing information for engineering, accounting, manufacturing, and shipping needs.
· Coordinating with Marketing team to develop collateral.
· Data gathering and reporting.
· Negotiate all terms and conditions of sale.
· Complete administrative order booking processing tasks.
· Regularly follow up on outstanding proposals.
· Participate with industry groups and attend conferences, trade shows, and other extracurricular events as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or business, or equivalent in relevant work experience.
- Prior sales or customer management experience.
- Candidate must possess solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess strong sales and mechanical/technical aptitude.
- Must be able to deliver effective presentations and perform technical product demonstrations.
- Must be able to work in a multi-tasking environment and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with current versions of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, etc.).
- Must be proficient in comprehension of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
