Entry Level Account Manager

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, making them feel unique and valued.
  • Inform customers of current deals or new sales promotions our clients are offering.
  • Attract potential customers by providing helpful suggestions.
  • Selling the value of our client's products and services through face-to-face interactions.
  • Establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers leading to future sales.
  • Execute merchandising initiatives for retail accounts to increase customer retention and acquisition.
  • Effectively uses probing techniques to educate customers, overcome objections, and upgrade customers.

Requirements of the Entry Level Account Manager:

  • 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred
  • Flexibility and willingness to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to smoothly operate Windows/iOS software and grasp wireless technology concepts.
  • Excellent listening, consultation, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Desire to grow both personally and professionally.
