Our Customers reduce costs and create efficiencies, and we have seen significant growth as a result. To help support our growth, we are continuing to build out our sales team. The Manager of Inside Sales will work closely with our Customer Success Leadership, to help build our Inside Sales Team, drive new customer acquisition, and support existing Customers.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation
Onboarding new Customers
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Building pipelines and maintaining databases

Hiring and building an inside sales team

General Requirements·

BS in Management, or equivalent work experience·

Excellent written, oral, and communication skills·

Proficiency with computers, web based platforms, and basic analysis·

Experience working in inside sales or a call center environment·

High energy, goal oriented individual
