Now Hiring - Account Manager / Trade-Show in Woodlawn, OH

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an Account Manager for a Direct Hire opening in Woodlawn, OH!

Must be comfortable with 25-35% travel, some weekends will be included depending on Trade Show schedule!

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients and building relationships to understand their needs and explain product value
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs
• Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior
• Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues
• Identifying industry trends
• Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
• Responsible for completing cold calls into new business
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Account Manager is required
• Previous experience with Inside & Outside Sales is required
• Previou experience in the Trade Shows Industry is a plus
• CRM System experience
• Proven sales track record
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Bachelors Degree is a plus

Compensation: $75-100K + commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Travel requirement:

• Up to 25% travel

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Account Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Trade- Show Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• B2B sales: 3 years (Preferred)
