We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to join our team and provide assistance to our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for HVAC equipment selection and pricing for commercial and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and support to sales team.
• Provide product information and pricing to customers.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics.
• Maintain customer records and update customer profiles as needed.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and recommend solutions to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Provide feedback to sales team on customer needs and preferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
