MobilityWorks is currently looking for an Automotive Accessibility Consultant / Sales Agent. Here's what you'll be able to achieve in this role:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the inventory, including in-stock and on-order vans, as well as targeted or over-age inventory in our software system.
- Provide enthusiastic, courteous, and helpful assistance to all customers, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotes to prospects.
- Complete all paperwork promptly and accurately according to branch policies and procedures.
- Adhere to branch policies in all activities, such as customer follow-up, referrals, prospecting, hours, and data entry.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon goals for gross profit, van sales volume, and closing ratios. Certified Mobility Consultants with one year or more of experience should aim for a minimum average of $25,000 per month in gross profit.
- Understand and utilize the established sales systems and processes, effectively selling all products and services as required by the General Manager.
Qualifications we're looking for:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to plan, direct, and oversee the activities of others.
- Excellent customer service skills and previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
