Full description of the position

I am looking for a driven worker who is adept at sales and customer service. This would be a hybrid roll of customer service for current clients, cross selling, and trying to acquire new business.

Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses!

**Property & Casualty License strongly preferred - otherwise, candidate must be willing to take insurance licensing exam - we will help!! **

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities with current clients to cross sell insurance products and seek out new prospects to provide products and ensure that the clients are properly protected.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• **Property & Casualty License Preferred**
