Responsibilities:
Job Description Summary

The Sales Finance Reporting Specialist will work with Director of Revenue Growth Management to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient trade management by the sales organization which will enable topline profit targets for organization. The Sales Finance Reporting Specialist will create, enable, analyze and execute deliverables related to financial statements and sales reporting to support this dynamic business.

Essential Functions
  • Manage and facilitate communication with Cross Functional Partners both internal and external to maintain ERP and Trade System.
  • Manage and perform month end closing activities: related to both trade spend and monthly commissions.
  • Manage reporting activities: Create and upload daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports utilizing Power BI and Blue Planner to disseminate to appropriate business stakeholders.
  • Own/manage master data tasks for new customers and items within the ERP system.
  • Manage the trade system administration duties: Profile set ups, item & customer maintenance and setup, deductions, checks, and backend maintenance.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • 0-3 years experience within a CPG organization
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Best in class analytical skills
