Job Summary

A successful, growing International Education and Legal Consulting firm with an office in Boulder is currently seeking multiple Entry Level bi-lingual Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative. Company welcome any OPT status student and can sponser H1B

*Customer-service driven. Capable of seeking common-sense solutions to problem resolution

*Experienced and comfortable with fast-paced, multi-line phone systems

*Familiar with Chinese Social Media Channels (ex. WeChat, etc.)

*Proficient with MAC, Excel, Wechat, write and manage social media postings and typing skills.

*Strong command of the English language

*Possess great "people skills" and communicate well with others

*Must have reliable transportation to consistently ensure prompt arrival at work

*Qualified Bilingual English/Chinese a plus

Duties include but are not limited to:

*Telephone answering and basic office duties

*Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence to include creating and drafting correspondence

*Working with staff to manage client cases, preparing correspondence, and maintaining communication with clients and other parties involved in client matters

Tracking/billing one's own time

The successful applicant will start with a three-month part-time internship period with pay based on commission. Salary and benefits will be provided upon successful completion of a 90 day probationary period. Office hours are Monday- Friday 12:00 pm to 6 pm with occasional after-hours work required.
