Full description of the position

We are hiring for an Office Representative to help provide support for our customers. You will be responsible for meeting monthly goals, greeting customers, solving problems, data entry and providing friendly customer service. You will need an intuitive knowledge of the basic materials needed in an office and an ability to operate office systems effectively. This position is best suited for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is willing to take on a range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Create marketing material and organize events to promote the company.
• Meet with customers to set up appointments.
• Meet with clients to determine their needs and offer solutions.
• Communicate with clients on a daily basis.
• Perform administrative duties

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
