Now Hiring - Insurance Customer Service Representative in Galloway, OH

We are seeking a new addition to our existing Service team at both of our locations in Columbus. This candidate would be responsible for Customer Service activities at our agencies, including, but not limited to;

Answering phones and assisting clients with payments, claims, and policy changes with a positive and upbeat attitude.

Assisting with issues arising from claim issues and resolution.

Appointment setting for financial services and customer retention.

Selling life insurance and reviewing customer needs during all incoming calls.

Conflict Resolution.

State Farm experience is greatly preferred.

Our hope is that we can hire someone that will help our agencies continue to grow and lead the Columbus market here at State Farm Insurance.

Pay: $18.46 - $22.24 per hour
