Hours: 8a-5p

Salary: $50,000 annually

Primary responsibilities:

Maintaining the main phone queue to assist customers, typically taking about 25-30 inbound calls per day consisting of quotes, orders, general questions, as well serving as a point of contact for potential issues.

The position of Sales Support is responsible for processing the day-to-day requests from various accounts or contacts. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely reply to quote requests and entering orders that may come from phone calls, email, or EDI. This role will also support the customers by providing tracking information for shipped orders and provide updates regarding open orders. This is a primarily inbound role with the emphasis on providing a great customer experience via email and serving as a backup for the phone queue.

Requirements

· 2 years sales and/or customer service experience.

. Handle quotes, orders, returns, and other customer requests via phone call (25-30 daily).

· Help with incoming emails when needed and emails that come directly to the Service rep.

. Help Sales Leads with large expedite reports, quotes, quote follow up, or other project work.

· Experience using an ERP system
