In this role you will find and develop new strategic referral partners from a target rich pool of sources. Your unique ability to connect with blue collar workers AND small business owners will be the key to your success. You will use your exceptional customer service skills to build RAVING FANS and your customers will be loyal to you because our team will deliver on your promises. Primary Responsibilities:

- Embody company core values (Compassion for Others, Honesty, Trust, Urgency, and Quality)

- Be the primary service contact and build long term relationships with plumbing companies and insurance agencies.

- Build Trust and Identity with referral partners by following up on all commitments.

- Clearly communicate your progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with manager, including utilization of company CRM.

- Continuously update knowledge by actively participating in company funded training, maintaining personal and professional networks, and gathering information from clients.

- Enhance department and organizational reputation by accepting ownership for commitment, delivering best in class service and driving revenue growth.

- Build client loyalty by delivering exceptional service daily.

- Exercise creativity and resourcefulness to identify, attract and convert new plumbing and agent referral partners through networking, referrals, and prospecting.

- Monitor and analyze customer referral data to help build referral partner roster.

Qualifications:

- Proven account management / sales or other related experience - including nurturing existing accounts and prospecting.

- Knowledge of service plumbing industry or other related in-home service industry a plus.

- Valid GA Driver's License.

- Track record of working with and communicating with blue collar trades people and small company owners / executives / managers.

- Proven record of being self-managed self-starter in results driven environment.

- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrated effective time management skills.
