At B&A Financial Solutions, we work with consumers and businesses who are looking to restructure their debt obligations. The right Account Manager is communicative, driven, and compassionate.

Job Description:

• You will be assigned your own accounts and will be their point of contact and liaison between the negotiator, creditors, and attorneys
• Welcoming new clients to the program, and walking them through what can be expected
• Obtaining statements, balances, and account numbers for the enrolled accounts and updating your client's accounts
• Completing tasks through LeadTrac, including, but not limited to: Weekly scheduled follow-up calls to clients, updating banking and payment information, sending out Power of Attorney and Letter of Representation
• Keeping detailed notes on your accounts and recordings through LeadTrac regarding interactions with your clients
• Building a strong rapport with your clients
