Zink, based in Whitsett, NC, is hiring a Sales Manager, Zink Services, East Coast Division, effective immediately. [please apply online] Zink has a plethora of capabilities and services to offer to companies looking to outsource some of their needs for increased efficiency. Zink's co-packing services include multilayer thin film coatings, high speed bottling, high-speed pouching and packaging, label conversion, 3PL services including warehousing, order fulfillment and shipping.

In this position, our East Coast Sales Manager will market our capabilities to new customers looking for these services. We are looking for a self-starter, someone who can work independently, a candidate who will be an excellent brand manager of Zink and leverage the support of 100 dedicated, long-time employees, to make an immediate impact to business of all sizes that are looking to work smarter and more efficiently.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing calls on existing or potential sales outlets. Expand sales in ZINK Co-Packing Department, including Bottling, Label Conversion, Pouching, and Cartoning Services. Create and manage communications (Enhance ZINK Services Website, generate advertising and marketing materials), create Target Lists, participate in co-packing trade shows and train other sales associates.

SPECIFIC DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Obtain orders and new ZINK Service accounts in North East Region
• Develop business / sales plans
• Manage service, pricing and program information
• Review sales activities on weekly basis
• Participate in co-packing trade shows
• Train independent rep sales team on all ZINK Services
• Collaborate with other regional managers in execution of national sales programs
• Reports to VP of Business Development

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience preferably related to bottling, labelling, or other co-packaging services.
• Prospecting and closing skills.
• Analytical skills
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Curious, Focused, Strategic, Fearless
