About the Position:

The Account Manager is responsible for the growth of key channel partners and will develop and execute action plans to increase unit volume growth with those customers. Key success factors will be to identify and execute strategies relative to key customers in the collision and tire service center channels to achieve volume growth (both incremental and new). Collaborate with team members and management to build strategies, manage reporting, set goals, and increase the overall sales revenue and profit while maintaining a positive employee culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Construct detailed business plans and “win strategies” with each channel partner and execute action plans to drive growth with those partners.
- Develop and manage metrics to track the effectiveness of prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the channel partner list.
- Conduct periodic reviews (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews) with existing major channel partners to ensure the business relationship is advancing.
- Develop annual business growth plan(s) and a sales pipeline that is 2-3X annual goal.
- Responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within target partners to maximize revenue.
- Provide data and input to the S&OP/SIOP process to provide an overall demand management outlook.
- Track and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
- Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
- Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Solid organizational skills related to planning, scheduling, etc.
- Results Oriented with great Problem solving and critical thinking ability.
Preferred Experience:
- At least 10 years, with 15 years preferred, sales and business development experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
- Experience with sales funnels/pipelines and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Industry knowledge relative to the Tire and Wheel, Collision, or Aftermarket Automotive channels would be considered desirable.
