The functions of the Inside Sales Coordinator is to provide direct support to the Sales Managers in the ongoing development of existing and prospective Liberty Lift customers to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets.
Essential Responsibilities
- Ensure successful maximization of sales opportunities results.
- Submitting the brief statements of the sales reports on a monthly basis and within a given time.
- Arranging, creating and enhancing written papers with respect to the organization and arrangements of internal gross sales revenues of the company.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and stay abreast on any new sales strategies and techniques.
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
- Create, request and obtain freight quotes from the Shipping department.
- Perform routine duties with minimal supervision; standard practices or procedures.
- Receive general guidance with respect to overall objectives and operate within division or department policy guidelines using independent judgment in achieving assigned objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for Sr. Sales Representative.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma Required; Some college coursework preferred.
- One to two years related experience and/ or training.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
LANGUAGE/ MATH/ REASONING ABILITY
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
· Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
· Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
