We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Financial Analyst to join a dynamic health & wellness product company. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, providing insights, and supporting decision-making processes to drive the company's growth and success. This is a hybrid position, primarily based in either the Salt Lake City, UT or Orem, UT office, with 3-4 days of onsite work per week.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including but not limited to revenue, expenses, and profitability, to provide key stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Analysis: Utilize advanced knowledge of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to assess manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
• B2B Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to analyze B2B sales performance, customer profitability, and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manufacturing Industry Expertise: Leverage your expertise in the manufacturing industry, with a strong preference for food & beverage manufacturing experience, to understand the unique financial challenges and opportunities within our sector.
• ERP System Management: Demonstrate advanced knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems and actively contribute to the improvement and optimization of our financial systems.
• Financial Reporting: Generate timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide management with a clear understanding of the company's financial performance.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to aid in strategic planning and scenario analysis.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, performing regular audits and reconciliations.
• Ad hoc Projects: Collaborate on special projects as required, providing financial expertise to support cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance-related role.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems; proficiency in ERP implementation is a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis.
• Previous experience in B2B sales analysis
• Experience working within the manufacturing industry is required, food & beverage manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial information to various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work 3-4 days onsite in either Salt Lake City, UT or Orem, UT office.
