Job Summary

Inside Sales Associates play a critical role as a first point of contact for both new and existing customers. Excellent customer service is an expectation, not a goal, and Inside Sales Associates demonstrate that to every customer throughout each interaction. Inside Sales Associates are expected to meet sales related KPIs including retention and satisfaction numbers. Some direct responsibilities include but are not limited to: handling incoming calls and routing to appropriate team members when required, initial responses to customer inquiries, providing quotations, general order processing, proactively updating customers on order and shipment statuses, close collaboration with warehousing, purchasing, and account management teams to ensure efficient workflow, processing customer returns, assisting with order pulling and return check-in as required.

Requirements

Genuine interest in providing excellent customer service and problem solving

Good time management skills and a comfort working under both time constraints and pressure

Well developed communication skills, both verbal and written

Inside sales skills including but not limited to information and contact gathering, prospecting, etc.

Critical thinking skills and the ability to coordinate as part of a team

Experience working within accounting, CRM, or ERP systems a plus

Spanish language skills a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
