We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team at Workforce Software. As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a pivotal role in identifying and generating new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills, work with cutting-edge technology, and contribute to the growth and success of a market-leading organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive market research to identify prospective clients and uncover new business opportunities that are part of our ideal customer profile.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Engage with potential clients, schedule meetings, qualify/disqualify leads and conduct product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Develop a deep understanding of Workforce Software's products and solutions to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive pipeline growth and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Participate in sales meetings, team trainings, and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization.
Requirements
- Looking for passionate individual for selling a great product. 6+ months of inside sales experience OR year of business development looking to take your career to the next level
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with prospects.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented growth mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach) is a plus.
- Knowledge of workforce management, HR software, or related industry experience is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.
