We are an independent agency owned by a large auto group. We are looking for a Licensed insurance agents or business development representatives. We are rapidly growing and are looking for fun and energetic people to join our team! We build positive long lasting relationships with our client.

Insurance agent / producer Responsibilities:

• Responsible for servicing existing accounts.
• Writing new policies for present and new clients.
• Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
• Maintain database system and records
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services

BDR Responsibilities

• Develop new lead opportunities from making outbound phone calls, email campaigns and developing referral sources.

Compensation includes salary, commissions on new business, health, vision, dental, life insurances and 401K with employer match and much more!

Requirements

Skills

• Proven working experience as an Insurance agent or relevant experience
• Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc)
• Understanding of rating systems
• Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office products.
• Proven ability to work with goals
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
