Setting solar appointments in big home improvement store

• $15 an hour PLUS commission

Our company represents one of the biggest solar companies and we are partnered together in one of the largest home improvement stores. We implement a personal touch in each in-store campaign we execute. We provide an opportunity to build a connection with each consumer, all the while building loyalty and trust with their brand!

This role is a very simple, entry level role for outgoing people. In this role you will be approaching shoppers in the store to see if they're a qualified home owner, and engaging with them about solar. You will then sign them if interested for a free appointment with one of our sales consultants.

Candidates applying must have a drivers license and own transportation. They should be self motivated to hit appointment setting goals, and eager to join the team and learn about solar!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Drivers license and own transportation REQUIRED
• High school diploma / GED
• Must be comfortable approaching shoppers in store and engaging with them about solar
• Must love talking and engaging with a wide variety of people
• Must be able to stand for multiple hours at a time
• Ability to work independently in the absence of a direct supervisor.
• Must be self motivated to hit appointment setting goals
