Exciting sales opportunity in the retail insurance industry serving churches and ministries. In this role you will continue building a current book of business by leveraging the agency’s decades of experience serving churches and faith-based non-profits. Successful sales experience, ideally working for an Insurance Retail Agency, Company, or Wholesaler, is necessary to apply for this opportunity.

Our ideal candidate has:

• A heart for serving ministries and non-profit organizations
• Lives in the Greater Wichita, Kansas area
• Possesses exceptional relational skills and a desire to build strong, trusting relationships with clients
• Has at least 1 year of success in sales, preferably in commercial insurance

• Able to work remotely and conduct field prospecting, sales, and service calls daily
• A hunter with the ability to establish rapport and build new relationships

To the qualified insurance producer, we offer:

• Base salary guaranteed for two years
• Expense reimbursement
• Automobile mileage reimbursement
• Income: $55,000 annually depending on experience

Job Summary:

• The candidate will report directly to the President of Loomis Insurance Agency and will be responsible for generating sales with new non-profit clients via phone calls, personal visits and attending events. You will also service an existing client base.
• You will be accountable for prospecting activity metrics and performance against sales targets while providing exceptional customer service
• You will also help with marketing efforts by keeping abreast of and reporting on industry trends, competition, and market conditions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or high school degree with equivalent business/work experience
• One or more years success in sales, preferably in commercial insurance
• A current property/casualty agent’s license will be required once hired
• Prior experience as a volunteer or employee of a church is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
