Job Description:
We are a family-owned Tire and Mechanic Shop that has been serving our customers at this location for over 50 years! We're looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. We are looking for someone with prior experience in the tire industry, who possesses a strong work ethic and strong organizational skills. They would be responsible for managing inventory, selling products to customers, and most importantly, creating a pleasant work environment. We offer health insurance, paid holidays and vacation time.

Responsibilities:

-Ensure sales goals are achieved by assisting in the development and implementation of sales plans, profit control.
-Have a thorough knowledge of Tire and mechanic services, and other products of the automotive industry
-Help with customer phone calls / quotes
-Help maintain a clean and orderly environment including: sales floor, bathrooms, shop, and outside grounds
-Introduce tire and service products to customers to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
-Support teammates in establishing and maintaining a productive environment
-Ability to learn and utilize the computer systems provided to enter in customer information, look up quotes, manage inventory, and bill customers out.

Requirements:

High school or GED equivalent
Guest and team-focused mindset
Valid Driver License
At least 2-3 years of experience in Tire Sales and Service
Excellent communication skills and business mentality
Problem-solving skills
Must be dedicated, reliable, and stable
Must be able to pass drug screening
Motivated and positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time

Pay will be an hourly wage plus comission on sales!
