Who you are:
You have 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS B2B or B2B2C technology company.- You are skilled in building relationships and closing deals with customers.
- You are an excellent communicator and negotiator, able to present our software and its benefits effectively.
- You are organized and able to manage your sales pipeline efficiently.
- You are a team player, collaborating with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure success.
- You are comfortable and confident presenting your ideas and thoughts to teammates and company owners alike.
- You will work at our HQ in downtown Indianapolis. Your new office is waiting!
What you'll do:
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers, conducting product demos and negotiating contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create tailored sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our software and its features, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and feature requests.
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding process and high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the Upper Hand brand with the utmost level of professionalism and integrity.
