RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Record information in CRM software for long term follow up and ongoing relationship with customer and household members
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing common goals for related results needed
• Maintain professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and/or completing ongoing training provided by manufacturers and Whiteman Chevrolet

REQUIREMENTS:

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Previous dealership experience in a sales capacity a huge plus but we will train the right candidate
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
• Have quality customer service skills
• Possess strong communication skills
• Professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,028.70 - $150,000.00 per year
