PMC is a fast-paced full-service direct mail production company seeking an estimator for print and mail production services to join our team. This position is much like an inside sales position that requires a great deal of customer engagement, interactions with our customers, and a high degeree of responsiveness. Cold-calling is not required.

Estimators will seek vendors and pricing for multiple processes to include internal PMC-provided services and external vendor-provided services.

Candidates must be comfortable with rapidly changing priorities and tight deadlines, be able to multi-task, communicate professionally with clients, and work with a variety of external vendors and internal clients from the executive level to hourly staff. Some sales experience is desirable.

Excellent written and verbal skills are required. Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and project management software is required. PMC needs a self-starter who is up for a daily challenge, embraces a fast-paced deadline-oriented job with rapidly changing priorities and lots of client contact via phone and email. A successful candidate must be a stickler for details! Prior printing and/or direct mail experience is very helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
