- We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Portland, OR. But we are also open to remote employees based anywhere in the US.

- Coordinate the development of Team Sales from forecasting, to sell through and sell out.
• Assist the Dir. US Sports with the merchandising of product line, development of sales programs by financial implication, development of sales strategies/direction, internal operations and policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key account upper management while working closely with counterparts to integrate the brand in promotions, advertising and merchandising.
• Responsible for territory financial management: This is sales volume, profit, cancellations/returns, and promotional/marketing budgets.
• Manages expenses within assigned budget. May assist with the development of the budget for the territory.
• Assist in development of long range plan and future needs.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities including: hiring, training, performance assessments, , coaching, and mentoring for a large team of national sales reps.
• Drive account growth and profitability by assessing and building on areas of momentum; capitalize on product/pricing opportunities and course correct with innovative sales tactics to improve sales performance with account.
• Establish and develop account relationships and cultivate relationships with key retailer personnel in order in influence and execute strategic direction with accounts.
• Drive, in all facets, the team sales meetings from timing to goals and the road map to achieve these goals.
• Create and drive the necessary operational model within SLD needed to facilitate the team business and drive the top line through strategic servicing.
Process Management: work the range with product ideas/solutions related to trends, new ideas, competitive feedback, SMU management and Sales Analysis
Brand Management: develop segmentation, support brand concept with sell in and marketing support and develop in store presence.
- BS/BA with 10 years of industry specific sales experience with strong organizational skills in addition to strong oral and written communication skills.
