We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Sales Performance Operations team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects related to sales performance operations, ensuring timely completion, and coordinating efforts across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in sales operations, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
As a Sales Performance Operations Project Manager your responsibilities will be:
- Manage and oversee the execution of projects related to sales performance operations, including but not limited to sales process optimization, sales enablement, sales reporting, and sales performance analysis
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines, scope, or budget
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, project sponsors, and leadership teams
- Collaborate with sales leaders, IT teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business goals
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on sales operations
- PMP or Agile certification preferred
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing projects with budgets of at least $1 million
- Experience with sales performance analysis, sales process optimization, and sales enablement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
