Your Role

RPM, the Driving Force in Logistics™, is looking for the ultimate team player who creates value in any situation. As a Carrier Sales Representative you will build strong relationships with carriers, helping them optimize their fleet by negotiating the right price, and partnering with our customer sales team to ensure on-time delivery for the overall RPM Experience.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Establish, expand, and cultivate relationships with carriers in the freight and auto hauling marketplace.
  • Identify, source, and procure new carrier relationships at key stakeholder levels.
  • Manage carrier network to ensure the ultimate RPM experience.
  • Maintain constant contact with carriers to secure additional truck capacity and manage existing business.
  • Utilize RPM’s proprietary software to make informed buying decisions.
  • Navigate RPM’s Transportation Management System and related tools to manage daily load operational tasks.
  • Ensure shipment details are accurately communicated and tracked in the system.


Preferred Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Must excel in a team-based environment, while delivering independent results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Must be in the office at least two days a week
  • Must be self-motivated and bring a can-do attitude to the job
  • Work full-time M-F, and willing to work outside normal business hours based on the needs of the business.
