The Associate Marketing Manager – Tourism Sales will be responsible to drive revenue and attendance to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island through tourism partners including Busch Gardens Vacation Packages and front desk ticket sales. Position will be responsible for managing products sold through hotel & military partners and training partners on products as well as platforms.

Responsible for driving attendance and revenue through Busch Gardens Vacation Package and Tourism Partner sales
Responsible for analyzing, making strategic recommendations, benchmarking of sales and implementing business development plans
Manage relationships and develop partnerships in the tourism market to include hotel and military partners
Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the Busch Gardens Vacations (BGV) Program
Create plans for ancillary products and packages to increase BGV Program revenue to align with park Consumer Events
Partner with revenue management team on pricing to meet park revenue goals
Auditing and monitoring individual Preferred Hotel Partner pricing and inventory
Collaborate with e-commerce/web team to oversee product build and ensure timeliness of product launch and product testing
Conduct training for all Preferred Partner on BGV systems and EZTicket Reseller Program
Manage all tourism sales collateral creation and ensure implementation in Tampa and Orlando markets
Conduct sales calls to partner properties and ensure all collateral is up to date at all properties
Negotiate and draft partnership agreements
Manage guest correspondence regarding BGV
Maintain timely and consistent communication with partners, park and guests
Represent the park in key industry organizations
Increases market awareness
Stays abreast of market and industry trends
Work alongside marketing department to promote park offerings including new attractions, seasonal consumer events, and offerings
Other duties as assigned

Knowledge of the Hospitality and/or Attractions industry
Knowledge of SEA Parks & Entertainment products, processes and systems
Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office, Excel, EZTicket Reseller system, Trisept and Tandem
2 Year degree required, 4 Year degree a plus
3-5 Years of combined education and industry experience
Professional customer service skills
Seasoned skills in the Hospitality/Attractions industry.
Ability to work with various departments and within varying organizational structures to achieve common goals
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team selling environment
Must have a valid driver’s license and meet SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment driving guidelines
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include opening and late evening hours, weekends, and holidays
