What you'll be doing:

• Leads sales efforts with our Life Science customers through direct and indirect contact to align our capabilities to solve process automation and data management needs of our Life Science customers.
• Helps with organizational agility and removing barriers for the team they lead to be successful.
• Coordinates with Caltrol Business Unit leaders to drive internal and factory initiatives with Life Science Customers.
• Works with peers, leadership, and marketing on strategic programs.
• Quarterly Reviews Life Science Teams efforts with leadership and peers.

What we’re looking for:

• 4 Year Technical Degree, Engineering or Biology Preferred
• 10 Years of Industrial Process Automation sales, including in Life Science
• 3-5 Years of Sales Management preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of Biotech and ATMP processes
• Strong Business Acumen
• Familiarity with Emerson Automation Solutions and their Life Science Portfolio is a plus

Physical Demands:

Candidates must be able to lift 10 lbs. Work environment flexible mix of in-office vs home. Driving is involved in this position, which could require sitting during long road trips.

Travel:

Travel is 50-60% of the time to customer sites, with periodic overnight travel.

Salary: $175K-$205K/Base

The hiring range for this position is $175K-$205K. This is the pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience of the candidate along with the requirements of the position.
