Capital Toyota is seeking an organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales / Business Development Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable with cold calling and inventory control. This is a great opportunity to start a career in sales and learn valuable skills.

With over 50 years in the Chattanooga area as a family-owned business, we are looking to add to our Business Development Center (BDC). A fast-paced environment with many opportunities to serve our customers. You would primarily be taking inbound calls and making outbound calls following up and providing our guests with the information needed prior to the appointment. Other responsibilities would include email and text communication with our sales team. Qualifications: Individuals with prior experience working in retail, restaurants, and hospitality are encouraged to apply. Excellent computer skills are required. Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments. The ideal candidate is prompt and courteous, has an enthusiastic personality and a team player attitude. Prior automotive experience is not required or needed. We will provide you the information and tools you need to be successful.
