The Picklr is a rapidly growing indoor pickleball club with a mission to promote and popularize the sport across the country. With seven open locations and an ambitious franchise program, we aim to expand to over 150 locations in the next 4 years. We offer state-of-the-art facilities, top-notch coaching, and a vibrant community for players of all skill levels.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an outgoing and results-driven Membership Sales team member to travel to our franchise locations and assist with the pre-sale of memberships. The Membership Sales team member will be responsible for researching, marketing and converting community members into Picklr Memberships. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company and make a significant impact in the growth of pickleball.
Responsibilities:
- Create market research demographic sheet for each location a franchise will be opening
- Identify any pertinent locations for advertisement in each area
- Create location specific membership sales marketing plan with the marketing department
- Go onsite to implement marketing plan
- Work with franchise owners to pre-sale required number of memberships before location opening
- Work hands on within the individual communities to ensure success of the Picklr in that area
Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales experience
- Ability to creatively think outside the box
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with marketing is a plus
Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications.
