Job Summary
Cornerstone Senior Marketing is looking to add a Strategic Account Administrator to our team in our Powell, OH office. The Strategic Account Administrator will work closely with Cornerstone Senior Marketing’s Strategic Partners Administrator to support onboarding and existing accounts. The position requires phone-based interaction, email interaction, navigating carrier portals, working directly with carriers and agents and responsible for executing clearly defined processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Help Support the Strategic Partners Administrator in day-to-day activities to best support our business partnerships and customer relationships with our Strategic Partners.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of carrier systems and workflows to ensure ability to address issues so we can continue to strengthen the existing relationship between agents and agencies.
- Track enrollment statuses and help resolve service issues as they arise for our Strategic Partners.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in person over the phone and in writing with agents, carriers, and supervisors.
- Auditing reports provided by the carriers to make sure our CRM Systems are updated with accurate agent information and statuses for our Strategic Partners.
- Follows proper processes and procedures to ensure timely turnaround and follow-up.
- Perform other duties as assigned such as, but not limited to, yearly audits.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable OH Department of Insurance License Health & Life License
- Previous insurance industry experience, knowledge of industry standards and practices, previous client relations experience, and Microsoft Office Proficiency preferred. Specifically Outlook and Excel
- Detail oriented and self-motivated individual
- Capability to communicate over the phone effectively and accurately, in writing and in person
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to represent the company in a professional and positive manner
- Ability to multi-task, operate in a fast-paced environment, work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, problem solving and critical thinking
- Flexibility to adapt to internal office growth and industry changes
- Commitment to provide high levels of service
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
