Mobile Techs of South Florida is a leading provider of onsite mechanical repairs for commercial heavy duty trucks and industrial equipment located in Coral Springs, FL. Our company has experienced tremendous growth during the recent years and the future is very bright. From routine repairs to emergency mechanical breakdown servicesincluding heavy duty trucks, cranes, hydraulic booms, and forklifts, our team gets it done. Our company is seeking a Outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for growing the Company’s clientele from Port St Lucie to Miami, FL and surrounding areas.

Competitive compensation includes base salary and sales-based monthly bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned goals resulting in consistent territory growth.
  • Communicates the necessary actions needed to earn new business.
  • Follows up on proposals and negotiate as needed.
  • Aggressively pursue new leads and opportunities.
  • Keeps informed of new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers.
  • Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining customers.
  • Troubleshoots problems regarding services provided.
  • Answers questions from customers and handles complaints.
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
  • Auto/ Truck Mechanical knowledge a plus, but not required.
  • Be familiar with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Have ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations and activities of the organization
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals
- Lead business development efforts to identify and secure new opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, partners, and vendors
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team and employees
- Manage financial performance and ensure profitability of the organization
- Monitor industry trends and competition to stay ahead of market changes
- Represent the organization in external meetings, conferences, and events
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and growth

Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management and business development
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role

Note: This is a high-level executive position that requires extensive experience in operations management, business development, negotiation, process improvement, leadership, and project management. The President will be responsible for leading the organization, driving growth, and ensuring its overall success.

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
