Terraboost is a rapidly growing multimedia company managing a network of 100,000 + wellness billboards at leading retailers nationwide. We are one of the nation’s top media sales groups specializing in advertising for local, regional and national businesses. Here locally our product can be seen at the top retailers such as Jewel Osco, Walgreens, CVS, and Mariano’s. We also partner nationally with major retailers such as Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Ahold Group, and Albertsons Companies.
We are looking to build a team of Inside Sales Representatives who are committed to excellence and the pursuit of victory. Although this position requires you to be a self-starter, we will provide you with all the tools and training you’ll need to perform the job successfully. The inside sales team will be in our Naperville, IL office. Salary plus commission earns you at least $70,000, with the ability to easily earn six figures! (Base is $41,600 with first year commissions estimated at approximately $30,000.) This is a heavy outbound calling position where you will be tasked with getting Small Business owners interested in our product. You will cold call, generate interest, and close sales daily with our proven system.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in a professional manner and achieve specified sales goals.
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls.
- Make the minimum number of required sales presentations per day.
- Cold Calling, presenting and follow up are a part of the job daily.
- Complete daily and weekly sales reporting as directed by manager, using CRM(HubSpot) and other assigned tools.
- Educate customers on how the product can benefit them financially using the Terraboost Media approved sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, Telemarketing, door to door sales, one call close experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Must be comfortable selling by phone and using scripting.
- Commitment to the sales process, resilience, and a positive attitude are vital competencies in this role.
- Ability to build connections over the phone.
- Strong work ethic and self-disciplined person who can work independently.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- A desire to WIN and be coachable.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years of sales experience OR an associate degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- At least one (1) year of Telemarketing or Call Center experience a plus.
- One-call-close experience from any industry (preferred).
