Our new Courtyard by Marriott Bettendorf Hotel has an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to join our team. We are seeking a high-achieving individual with a passion for sales. In this position, you'll be responsible for acquiring and maintaining a solid base of clients, developing and executing a strategic outside sales plan, and creating community excitement for this beautiful new Marriott hotel.

The ideal candidate must have an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to form client relationships, and previous hotel sales experience is a plus. Manager- and Director-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

This position will be eligible for performance-based incentive pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
